An excellent experience from start to finish. I'm absolutely delighted with Rick's personal and professional attitude and standard of work. He is entirely trustworthy and extremely polite and respectful. The work was completed on time and to an excellent standard. He even repaired aspects of the existing plumbing that was not on the itinerary free of charge. In fact, he was so good at his job, I employed him a week later for a second set of jobs and the standard of work was just as professional.
